From the mind… and hands of America’s Watchmaker Don Loke comes a revolutionary concept in timepieces.
Designed and built by one of the world’s great watchmakers, the DLoke Dress Chronograph, the inaugural deployment of the DLoke line of American-made fine timepieces is singularly unique. Not only is it one of the only timepieces that is truly at home strapped on for a formal occasion as well as a day at the ballpark, but it is the culmination of a career in horology that has spanned 50 years with the accumulated knowledge of one of the world’s foremost watch and clock craftsman… Don Loke. There are many great timepieces on the market, but only one that is designed and hand assembled in the U.S.A. by a man who’s resume is humbling for both serious watch aficionados and casual lovers of all things beautiful and functional.
Equally at home…
…black tie or blue collar.
Meet Don Loke
To say the watchmaking world has been anticipating the arrival of the inaugural line of watches designed and built by Don Loke may well be an understatement. This is a craftsman who has very few peers, having occupied a host of positions in the timepiece business, from management to sales and distribution to refurbishment to design to manufacturing.
If there are just a few emblematic aspects to a very complete career they are:
Through his patented Double Spring Detente escapement, Don solved a horological problem that has plagued watchmakers for over three centuries, beginning with Breguet himself, the inventor of the tourbillon.
Among the various complications he has tackled over time, Don has taken apart and completely refurbished and rebuilt several of the most complicated movements in the world: one of which is The Cartier Mystery Clock and another being the world’s only Triple Chronograph.
He has designed over 50 watches for major brands such as Louis Moinet, Parmigiani Fleurier, Interchron LTD and more.
